About sunny concrete
Our company was founded by Kenny and Rochelle Spivey after Kenny worked in the concrete industry for 20 years
while Rochelle stayed home to raise their kids.
From the very beginning, their son, Trevor and son-in-law, Daniel have taken the lead on-site, overseeing each project with a meticulous care to detail and quality craftmanship. Their expertise and attention to detail ensure that every job is completed to the highest standard, leaving our clients satisfied and proud of the results.
Behind the scenes, their daughter Lindsey coordinates the projects with the clients and team and works closely with Kenny to create estimates, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of the scope and costs involved.
Rochelle is the backbone of our business and handles all permitting, accounting, and human resources. She keeps all the cogs turning in the background so the rest of us can focus on servicing our customers.
Together, we are committed to upholding our reputation with the values of personability, integrity, and excellence in every project we undertake.
Our name holds a special meaning.
We are proud to honor our first grandchild, Sunny, who inspired the name of our company when she was just three years old.
Now at 11, Sunny is a shining example of the values we uphold as a family-run company. When you call our office, we want you to feel the warmth and care that Sunny herself exudes. When we provide you with a concrete service, we want you to feel confident that we will do things with integrity and professionalism, just like Sunny when she plays softball.
We couldn’t imagine a better representative of our company, and we strive to infuse that same passion and energy into our work for every client.

Kenny and most crew members each have around 20 years of experience in the concrete industry, so our team has the expertise to handle any project we take on. Our diverse set of skills and abilities as well as their ability to work well together makes all the difference. Our crew members have been with us for many years and have all proven their exceptionalism. Each one of our team members can be badged in at schools, military bases, and government buildings. They are all respectful and representative of our company in their customer service and especially their skill sets. We specialize in concrete flat work, stamped concrete, spray decks, culvert installations, and more.
